Responsibilities

  • Assist with procurement and purchasing projects assigned by management.

  • Research vendors, suppliers, marketplaces, and service providers.

  • Coordinate purchasing activities and transaction fulfillment.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

  • Communicate with internal team members regarding project progress.

  • Monitor timelines and ensure assigned projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Training & Support

Selected candidates participate in a structured onboarding and training program covering company systems, procurement workflows, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working independently.

  • Detail-oriented and dependable.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Prior purchasing, administrative, customer service, logistics, or project support experience is a plus but not required.
